”Always eat downtown” is the mantra for Costas, a new casual dining restaurant in the heart of downtown Wilmington. With colors that reflect the easy lifestyle of the Greek Isles and a slight European nostalgic flair, Costas is a dining experience that’s both refined enough for a night on the town, and friendly enough for a quick bite at lunch.

Launching a new career and totally new approach to financial/life planning, the owner hired WH2P to develop a company identity that separates the firm from the more typical financial look that pervades the marketplace. The mark also lends itself to the way the new company will handle business in a more personal, less corporate fashion.

Planalytics lacked a brand identity across all of its industries, leading to confusion and misrepresentation of its purpose. WH2P helped Planalytics formulate its re-brand strategy as the business weather intelligence (BWI) leader in several industries, including retail, energy and agriculture. In creating a new category, Planalytics forged ahead of its competitors in being perceived as the leader in Business Weather Intelligence.

The Kelly Heinz-Grundner Brain Tumor Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness, providing support for patients and their families, and funding research for treatments and cures. In order to launch the foundation, a logo and brand identity was required.

Casscells Orthopedic and Sports Medicine is a multi-generational family practice founded by one of the pioneers of arthroscopic surgery. The addition of a preventative sports medicine practice gave us a chance to update the brand to appeal to a younger, more athletic audience, while maintaining the personal care and family atmosphere of the original practice.

Opening a new restaurant in the already crowded Wilmington area required a totally different approach, and in conjunction with client, WH2P developed the name, logo and print advertising. Union City Grille opened to great reviews and offers a new and unique dining experience on Union Street in Wilmington.

Rule Number One was adaptability for the many needs imposed on this new updated logo for Diver Chevrolet. This hard working mark had to add a contemporary progressive look for this dealership, but more than that, the end uses were not only in the predictable places such as newspaper classified advertising, but also on the fender of every automobile that they sell, on the front of their new building, in web banners on several automotive sites, and on assorted give-aways such as key chains.

Khimetrics suffered from multiple messaging confusion in its marketplace. WH2P helped Khimetrics restructure its brand and integrated it throughout all of its communications, including sales collateral and web site. The Khimetrics brand was purchased by SAP for an undisclosed amount in 2006.

GlenRaven Corporation launched a new line of fire-resistant apparel for increased worker safety. GlenGuard FR and RX product brand campaign and sales collateral reinforces the “shielding” nature of the apparel and celebrates the everyday heroism of those who work in dangerous professions.

Opening in the fall of 2005, Smith & Co. will be the newest dining addition to the Milford area. Due to the nature of the new facility and the clientele that will be served, WH2P developed a logo mark that is timeless and enduring, appealing to the strong ties of family.

ABC for Doctors/Bulldog Billing/Lightning Exchange, a new suite of technology services that allow medical offices to automate many routine processes such as billing, scheduling and after-hours call services. ABC for Doctors needed product identities that convey the ease-of-use, freedom and cost-savings of the separate systems, while working together as an overall brand.

A comprehensive guide to the renewed brand identity standards, the Retek Brand Book provides clear direction for both external partners and internal resources on the strategy behind the brand, specific design elements and overall brand style.

Manhattan Associates needed an umbrella brand message to encapsulate their retail offering while highlighting individual product suites. WH2P developed a brand theme and visual campaign to demonstrate Manhattan Associates’ depth of retail expertise and breadth of applications. Manhattan Associates was able to establish and position itself as a supply chain and business intelligence leader in the retail space.

Comshare Retail needed a brand for its Arthur line of Planning and Performance Tracking decision support applications. WH2P developed and executed the Arthur brand and messaging, integrating it across all communications. The Arthur brand was acquired by JDA Software for $44 million in 1998.

Trail Creek Outfitters is a single store front operation with many national chains as neighbors in the Glen Eagle Square. This environment led the owners of TCO to make a new identity a priority and WH2P developed the name, logo, advertising, direct mail and store signage to bring the image of the store up to the level of the nationals: The Gap, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor and Starbucks.
